This hands-on training course will give you knowledge of types of lime, problems with houses, protection of lime, breathable floor systems and insulation with a practical session including pointing, plastering, lath work, parging and skim work. This course is particularly suitable for people who work with old, damp, wet buildings at risk from extreme weather, rainfall and flood risk.

Please wear clothes suitable for practical work and sturdy footwear. Please bring a packed lunch.

Full cost of this full day course is £120 plus VAT – but this course is being offered at a subsidised price of £100 thanks to funding from the Big Lottery.
